I came to finance through accounting. My first roles were in cash handling and reconciliation, first at a microfinance bank and then at a manufacturing and distribution company, where I helped prepare for its first audit and its first set of financial statements. That grounding in how numbers are recorded shapes how I read them now.

I moved into advisory through an internship in capital advisory and a programme management role in the development sector. Since then I have structured asset-backed and lease-to-own financings, built valuation and financing models, and prepared capital-raising and restructuring proposals.

This site is a catalogue of my work: equity research on listed and private companies, the models behind it, explainers on core techniques, and anonymised case studies of deals I have helped structure.
